3 slices of buttered white bread
3-4 c cubed or sliced rhubarb
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c cugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cut buttered bread into cubes and mix with 3-4 c of rhubarb and place in a casserole dish. Beat eggs thoroughly and mix with sugar. Pour egg sugar mixture over bread and bake 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
