1 3 Lb. Boneless Pork Roast
2 1/2 Tsp. Sage
1 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tsp. Ginger
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Oil
2 Cups Apple Juice
2 Pkgs. Pork Gravy Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Line 13 x 9 pan with foil.
Mix sage, garlic salt,ginger and pepper. Place roast in baking pan with fat side down. Rub entire surface with oil. then with spice mix. Evenly sprinkle gravy mix over roast.
Pour apple juice over roast. Bake 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
