Ingredients:	Ingredients: 4 c Sugar 1 12 oz can Evaporated Milk 1 stick Butter 1 tsp Vanilla 1 10 1/2 oz bag Miniature Marshmallows 3 6 oz bags Chocolate Chips

Directions:	Directions: Mix sugar, milk and butter in saucepan. Cook over medium high heat to a full rolling boil. Stir constantly. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour into greased 13 x 15 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
