1 large egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
dash vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and scoop golf ball sized balls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 until slightly browned and risen approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Can press 3 to 4 chocolate chips into cookie dough before baking.
Yields approx. 24. Depending on size of balls.
