1 c. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. dark chocolate chipe

Preheat oven to 325. In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat. Add dark brown sugar and granulated sugar and stir until sugars are incorporated and smooth. Chill the mix for 10 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and stir in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Add flour, oats, baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, cinnamon, and mix together. Stir in white chocolate and dark chocolate chips. Roll by hand into 24 medium size balls and place on light colored cookie sheet. Chill 30 minutes. Bake 12-14 minutes.
