Ingredients:  
1 pound Smoked sausage, cut into small slices
1 head cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
1 large green bell pepper, diced large pieces
2 cans French style green beans, drained
4 4 ounce sized potatoes, sliced
½ to 1 teaspoon fennel
Natures seasoning or Lawry's salt to taste
1 cup water

Directions:
Use a very large stew pot and layer sausage, cabbage, bell pepper, green beans, potatoes and seasonings. Pour water over this. Put on lid and cook very slowly (as low as possible) on top of stove for 2 to 3 hours. The longer it steams, the better it is!
