Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 green bell pepper, julienned
1 pounds Italian sausage, browned and crumbled
2 onions, sliced
2 medium potatoes, diced in 1" pieces
2 tablespoons dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
28 ounces canned tomatoes (3 cups) diced with juice

Combine all ingredients in large covered casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hours.
