FILLING
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Confectioner's sugar

FROSTING
1 6oz pkg chococlate morsels
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
Half and half if needed (see directions)

FILLING
Beat whipping cream and vanilla until foamy.
Gradually add sugar and beat until peaks hold shape.

FROSTING
Combine chocolate morsels, half and half, and butter in sauce pan. Cook over med heat. Stir until chocolate melts. Remove from heat.
Add sugar mix well.
Set saucepan in ice and beat until frosting holds shape and loses its gloss. Add a few drops of half and half if needed to spread.
