Directions:
Mix together eggs, milk, water, vanilla, and melted butter. Sift in flour, salt and sugar. Blend well and let chill in fridge about an hour, or overnight.
Place 1/4-1/2 tsp butter in frying pan. (i use a 6" pan for smaller crepes and use 1/4tsp butter) Pour 1/4 c batter into pan and swirl around to cover. Cook 30sec (ish) until little bubbles form. Flip and cook 15 sec. repeat. 6"pan makes about 16 crepes. You can use a 9" pan with 1/3c batter for larger crepes, 7-8.
We use smaller pan so we can try more fillings.

Filling options:
Cream cheese filling. Cream cheese brick, 2 vanilla yogurts and 1/4c brown sugar.
Banana Foster:Cover a skillet with butter and brown sugar. Melt together. Add banana slices and cook until bananas are softened.
