1/2 lb cube steak (cut into one inch strips)
1 medium onion
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb sliced cleaned mushrooms
1 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 1 tbsp. butter until golden, remove from pan.
Saute mushrooms in 1 tbsp of butter for about five minutes, remove from pan.
Flour steak strips lightly and brown lightly with remaining butter. Put everything else back in skillet.
Add broth, lemon juice simmer for 15 mins.
Stir in cooked egg noodles.
Add sour cream and heat through gently.
