Baked Flounder Recipe

Ingredients:  
3 slices Bacon
1 c. sifted Corn Meal
3 lbs ( whole or several filets) Flounder
potatoes (enough for each person)
onions
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 4 pieces each
Sprinkle salt and cut slashes into each flounder placing bacon into each slash.
Place flounder into a grease pan, bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins.
Places potatoes and onions around fish.
Cover and return to oven baking for 20 to 30 mins or until potatoes are tender.
