2 # boneless pork loin or 2 # boneless country ribs
2 TBS Asian sesame oil
2 TBS vege oil
6 scallions, thinly sliced
2 TBS grated fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup hoisin
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS Asian chili sauce
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Remove any visible fat from pork. Heat oils on med-high heat. Brown pork on all sides. Place in slow cooker. Reduce heat to med, add scallions, ginger, and garlic. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until scallions are soft. Scrape mixture into slow cooker.
Combine sauces, stock and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over meat. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Get pork to 165F.
If using a pork loin, turn meat upside down halfway through cooking time if some of the meat is out of the liquid. Serve with rice.
