1 (2 1/2- 3 lb) fryer chicken cut up
3 1/2 qt water
1 onion, peeled and diced
1 1/2 - 2 tsp italian seasoning
3 cloves of garlic, minced
4 bay leaves
3 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large stock pot and cook until chicken falls off of the bones. Strain and pick bones clean. It is now ready for chicken noodle soup (recipe below).
