1 c sugar
1 gallon apples

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thickly slice apples. Pour sugar over top and let stand until they form their own juices.
Pack in jars using their own juice. Process in hot water bath 20 minutes.
Use to make apple pie, apple crisp, apple bars etc. 1 quart makes a pie, 2 quarts for crisp and bars.
