Stuffed Shells Recipe

1 box large pasta shells, cooked al dente'
1 16 oz container ricotta cheese
1 16 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 pound ground meat browned and broken up into small pieces
1 jar spaghetti sauce (or make your own)

Brown ground meat until brown. Cool and break into small pieces

Cook pasta shells, drain and separate

Mix Ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt and pepper with ground meat until well mixed.

Fill each shell with a T of the cheese/meat mixture
Line shells in a baking dish, cover with sauce and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until hot.

Optional - top with additional mozzarella cheese.
