3 packages yeast (dissolved in 1 cup warm water)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 tablespoon salt
3 1/2 cans of warm water
1 cup shortening
flour--approximately 5 pounds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water

Beat three eggs and add 1 1/2 cups of sugar to this. Add one can Carnation evaporated milk, salt and 3 1/2 cans of warm water. Add the yeast mixture. Set aside.

Melt one cup of shortening. Add to the mixture alternately with the flour. Leave the dough quite sticky.

Let rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again until doubled. Make into buns. Let rise and bake in a 350 oven.
