Brisket
Meat tenderizer
4 Tbsp worchershire sauce
1/2 bottle Colgin Liquid Smoke
Celery salt
1 bottle BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Large trimmed brisket. Line long deep pan with long sheet of extra heavy foil. Long enough to gold back over tops and completely seal. Wash brisket and pat dry with paper towel. Put in pan, sprinkle top with meat tenderizer. Put 4 Tablespoons worchestershire sauce over brisket and 1/2 bottle Colgin Liquid Smoke. Sprinkle heavily with celery salt. Tightly cover. ( can refrigerate all night to marinate) Put in 225 oven for at least 8 hours. Then drain off nearly all the liquid. Pour 1 bottle BBQ sauce over brisket. Recover and cook at 300 for another 2 hours. ( Can leave at 225 degrees for several hours if needed later in day). Cut with electric knife cutting across the grain to make it tender to eat.
