1 pound ground beef
1 jar commercial spaghetti sauce (15-1/4 ounce)
3/4 cup water
8 lasagna Noodles, uncooked
2 cups cottage cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (12 ounces)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and drain. Combine with spaghetti sauce, hamburger and water. Spread 1/3 of mixture in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on sauce. Layer 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese over noodles. Spoon 1/2 of remaining sauce over cheese. Top with 4 lasagna noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with heavy duty plastic wrap. Fold back a small corner to allow steam to escape.
Microwave at medium 50% power for 32 to 35 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cup mozzarella cheese and microwave on medium for 2 minutes.
