Follow the directions on the box of Nabisco Vanilla Wafers for Nabisco Banana Pudding.

Omit the bananas.

Pour the pudding over the wafers.

Eat 1/4 to 1/2 bowl of the warm pudding. Put the remainder in the freezer.

One night, remember that the cookie pudding is in the freezer!

Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the frozen cookie/pudding mixture into balls.

Roll the balls in crushed Nabisco wafers.

Deep fry at 425 degrees for 2 or 3 minutes until golden brown -- DON'T OVERCOOK.

This tastes just like Benihana's Fried Ice Cream.
