1/2 to 1 pound bacon
1 small onion
2 to 4 diced medium potatoes
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bacon and onion until brown. Add potatoes and 1/4 cup water. Boil 10 minutes, adding more water as needed, until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.

This recipe doubles very well. I don't usually use more than 1 pound bacon total when doubling
