4 c cauliflower (1 head)
1 tbsp milk
1 - 10 oz can Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 c cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower until tender crisp and set in large casserole dish.

Combine milk, chicken soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder and pour over cauliflower. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over all.

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
