Ingredients:  
Baked or boiled whole chicken or chicken pieces with the meat removed from bones.
Discard the skin (or feed to the dogs).
One-half pan baked corn bread dressing -- left over from previous dinner or even better fried Cornbread Water Bread (see recipe)
Five or six boiled potatoes -- quartered or chopped
Two or three boiled eggs -- quartered and chopped
One sweet onion diced into fine pieces
One quart of homemade chicken broth which has been seasoned with onions and celery
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into an enamel pan. Dressing should be very moist, almost soupy. Add additional broth to get to correct consistency. Bake at 350 degrees until firm and browned. Probably 40 minutes.
