2 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tsp. Honey
A Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the tomatoes and halve them if they are on the larger side.
Wash and chop the Basil leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey and salt.
Place the tomatoes and basil leaves in a serving bowl, drizzle with vinaigrette and toss.

I found I sliced most of the tomatoes, unless they were to small. The flavor from the dressing soaks into them better.
