Ingredients:  
1 large bunch asparagus; cut or snap off ends

1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 T oil
1 tsp sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients....steam or boil asparagus till tender crisp cool immediately in iced water and drain

Marinate and keep chilled
