2 to 3 lb brisket
1 env. Onion soup mix
Water
Liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Put brisket fat side up in heavy duty foil lined roasting pan. Pour soup mix on top. Sprinkle with liquid smoke and pour water on top, half way up. Bake at 225 overnight.
