1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tsp. Grated and Peeled Fresh Ginger
1/2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice
2 - 2 1/2 Lb. London Broil (about 1 1/4in. thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce, ginger and Five Spice Powder
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened and reduced by half - about 10 minutes.
Place steak on broiler pan and broil, turning once, 7-8 minutes per side for medium rare.(Meat should be about 4 in. from heat source) Brush meat with sauce during last 5 minutes of broiling time. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with remaining sauce.
NOTE: I double the sauce recipe and marinate meat in half the sauce for several hours.
