1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup flour
2 1/2-3 cups chicken (chopped or shredded)
2 cups frozen vegetables (thawed)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
2 Pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. In medium saucepan melt margarine over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly until well blended.

Add chicken and vegetables-remove from heat. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Top with second crust. Cut several slits in crust. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
