6 1/2 - 7 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 packages of dry yeast
1 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oleo
3 eggs room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In a saucepan combine milk and margarine. Heat over low until very warm but not hot. Margarine need not to be melted. Slowly add 3 eggs 3/4 cups of flour. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Turn on to a floured board - knead until smooth (about 8-10 minutes) Put into greased bowl - turn dough until all greased. Cover and let rise til double (about 1-2 hours) Punch down on lightly floured board. Divide and shape into braid or basket. cover let rise till double (about 1 hour on greased sheets

bake at 350 for about 20 -25 minutes
