1 box Frozen Artichoke Hearts
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbls Olive Oil
4 Eggs, beaten
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Pillsbury Pie Crustt
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw, drain and cut artichoke hearts. SautÚ in olive oil with the crushed garlic. Beat eggs, add in cheeses and artichoke hearts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Line 9" pie plate with one crust, add filling, cover with remaining crust. Bake 350║ until crust is golden - 35-45 minutes.
