22 medium skinned tomatoes cut into chunks
5 large onions, chopped
2 large green peppers
9-11 jalapeno peppers (with or without seeds)
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c canning salt
1/2 tsp cumin
12 oz tomato paste
1 - 2 tsp cilanto (as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into chunks. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Mix together all other ingredients. Pour into pint or quart jars. Hot bath for 20 minutes boiling time.
Makes 10-15 pints.


Skin the tomatoes the night before and occasionally pour off excess water until the next day to make salsa thick
