Ingredients:  
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of cream of tartar
2/3 cup juice from your favorite canned fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Add fruit juice to dry mixture and stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat, 5 to 10 minutes or to thick syrup consistency.
Serve over pancakes or waffles (the drained fruit can top you waffles, pancakes, french toast or whatever else you use syrup on).
