2 eggs
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup chopped fully cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400F.
Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.
Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl with fork.
Stir in bisquick mix, milk and oil just until moistened.
Stir in 3/4 cup of cheese and ham.
Divide evenly into muffin tins.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Immediately remove from pan.
