1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
3Tbsp vinegar (I prefer wine vinegar)
1/4 tsp celery salt (optional)
1 bag cole slaw mix

Directions:

Mix together mayo, sugar, vinegar and celery salt, if desired. Pour over cole slaw mix and stir well.

Best if it sits at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight.

Dad taught me how to make cole slaw the way his mother used to make it. I converted it to exact measurements to suit the size of the bagged slaw mix that is now available in stores. Bagged cole slaw was not around when Dad was alive. He would have loved it!
