1 pkg chocolate or white cake mix
Cake ingredients called for
1/4c + 3 TBSP creme de menthe syrup
Chocolate Frosting
1 large tub cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to temperature directed on box. Mix cake as directed, replacing 1/4 c liquid called for with 1/4 c creme de menthe syrup. Bake as directed.
Frost cooled cake with chocolate frosting.
Mix together cool whip with 3 TBSP creme de menthe syrup. Spread over top of frosting. Cool. Keep in the refrigerator.
