12 Chicken legs or thighs (or mix)
1 cup potato spuds
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cube butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in baking dish, place in oven. When butter is melted remove pan from oven. Place chicken in a bowl with the milk or water. Mix other ingredients. Roll chicken in the spuds mixture. Put chicken in pan with butter, place in oven and cook for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
