8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup of peanut butter
3 tbsp. of packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, and peanut butter, powdered sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Dump onto a large piece of plastic wrap, pull up plastic wrap around it and form into a ball, refrigerate 4 hours.

You can roll it in chocolate morsels, or crushed graham crackers.

In the fall you can roll it in orange sugar and form into a pumpkin.
Shape and top with cinnamon stick serve with apple slices that have been tossed in lemon juice or pineapple juice to keep them from turning brown. Can also serve with graham crackers or sticks.
