2 pounds chopped frozen broccoli
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cups mayo
2 eggs beaten
stuffing mix--blue bag Pepperidge Farms

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or steam broccoli until tender. In a large bowl mix beaten eggs, mayo, mushroom soup and cheese. Mix well then add broccoli. Mix. Put into a greased baking dish, top with stuffing mix. Cover with foil, bake 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 - 10 minutes longer.
