Filling
1 can crushed pineapple- drained slightly
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP cornstarch

Dough
1/2 lb. softened butter
1/2 lb. softened cream cheese
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together pineapple, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly until almost thickened. Set aside to cool.

For dough mix butter and cream cheese. Add flour to form dough. Use small amount of dough at a time. Roll very thin and cut into 2x2" squares. Place tsp. of filling on each square. Bring two corners together and pinch together on top. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 for 10 min until lightly browned.
