3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
1/2 rbsp garlic
1 lb shrimp
1/2 cup lemon juice
lemon zest
red pepper
salt and pepper
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic in butter and oil 1 minute
Add shrimp
Cook 3 - 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to shrimp while cooking
Add pasta and toss lemon zest and lemon juice
Top with thin lemon slices, parsley and red pepper
