1/2 head of cabbage
1/4 c. butter
2-3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 - 2 c. milk
4 slices of crisp crumbled bacon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry 1/2 head of shreded cabbage with 2 tbsp butter. Add salt to taste and fry until tender.

White Sauce:
Combine in a sauce pan, butter and flour. When heated and well mixed, added milk and stir until thickened. Adjust amount of flour or milk as needed to thicken sauce.

Combine sauce with cabbage and top with bacon.
