1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbs. honey
2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1 1/4 lb. flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 13x9 glass baking dish, combine 1st 6 ingredients.
2. Place steak on top, press meat down to coat. Turn and press again.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs., turning occasionally.
