3 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each one. Add vanilla. Then add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and mix well beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Combine chocolate pieces, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon half the cake batter into a greased 13X9 pan. Sprikle with 3/4 of the choclate mixtue. Cover with the rest of the batter and sprinkle the remaining choclate mixture.

Bake 45 minutes or until tootpick comes out clean.
