2 cups Flour
4 tsps. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup. Shortening
1 cup. Milk

Directions:
* Pre-heat Oven to 450F Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening with pastry blender, until mixture is the consistency of cornmeal. Make a well in centre. Add liquid slowly. Once liquid is all added mix rather vigorously until it comes freely away from bowl. Turn dough out onto lightly floured board and kneed lightly for few minutes.
Roll out to desired thickness (1/2 inch) Cut dough and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450F for 12 - 15 minutes.
