2 Granny Smith or Mac Apples
2 Cans Crescent Rolls
2 Sticks Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon mixed with 4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Small Can ( 8 Oz. ) Mountain Dew or Sprite

Peel and core apples. Cut apples into thin slices. Place 3 - 4 slices of apple in a crescent roll - sprinkle apples with combined cinnamon and sugar - reserving some for top. Roll up crescents and place in a 9" x 13" buttered pan.
Melt butter - then add sugar and stir. Add vanilla - stir and pour over apples. Pour Mountain Dew or Sprite around the edges of the pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and sugar and bake 350 - 40 minutes
