3 medium onions
1 bunch of asparagus (soak and drain)
6 - 8 Extra Large Eggs or 7 - 8 regular

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Pam bottom of pan

Add onions to medium high flame with salt and pepper and watch onions
When onions just start to get brown add asparagus and salt
Cover and lower flame to low str frequently

Cook about 20 minutes or until asparagus is soft (a knife will cut). Shut off and let cool throughly.

Beat eggs, add asparagus. Cook 15 minutes on 2nd to bottom rack in oven.
Take out and push outsides into center (mix up).

Put back in for 15 minutes and check at end.
