1 bell pepper
2 lbs cooked carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
1/2 c vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Chop onions, and green peppers. Slice carrots to resemble pennies. Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnights
