1 med onion, chopped
2 # ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
1 - 1# can tomatoes
2 T garlic salt
1 T oregano
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1 pkg lasagna noodles

2 - 6 oz pkg mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 3 T salad oil. Add hamburger and brown. Add tomato sauce, paste, tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer 45-60 minutes.

Cook noodles.

Layer in 2 8 x 8 x 2 " baking dishes:1/3 of sauce, noodles, half of cottage cheese, mozzarella, sprinkle of Parmesan, 1/3 of sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan,1/3 of sauce, Parmesan.

Refrigerate.

Cook at 350 for 60 minutes - uncovered. Cool for 10 minutes - serve.
