2 tomatoes - quartered
1/2 cup green pepper- chopped
6 oz can mushrooms
1 T chopped onion
2 T butter
1 can cream of celery soup
I family sized can tuna

Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute tomatoes, green pepper, mushrooms and onion in butter. Add soup and heat for 5 minutes. Add tuna and heat for 2 minutes. Serve over hot rice.

(Dani - I add lots more veggies and 2 cans of soup - great with pepper on top when served)
