1 # ground round steak
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup

Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice and salt. Form small balls and place in casserole in one layer. Smother with tomato soup.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, Cover may be removed last 15 minutes to allow browning.

Serve with cooked rice.

(Dani - I use lots of soup for dribbling over rice and meatballs).
