1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
pinch salt
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour milk ( add 1 T vinegar to milk)
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 - 2 cup raw rhubarb - cut fine

Directions:

Make batter - fold in rhubarb. Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar - sprinkle on top.

Optional - add 1/2 cups walnut.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
